This Privacy Policy explains how Becoming Pro Ltd ("Becoming Pro," "we," "us") handles information in connection with this website and the internal financial-reporting tools we operate for our own businesses.

What this covers

Becoming Pro operates private, internal dashboards used solely by Becoming Pro and its affiliated companies to monitor their own business performance. These tools are not offered to the public and are not used to process data on behalf of third parties.

Information we access

To produce internal management reports, our tools connect — with our own authorization — to financial and operational services we already use, including:

• Intuit QuickBooks Online — accounting report data (e.g. profit & loss, balance sheet) accessed on a read-only basis. We do not create, edit, or delete any data in QuickBooks.
• Banking, payment, and gym-management platforms, accessed with read or read-only credentials, to summarize cash, revenue, and operating metrics.

We access only the aggregate financial and operational data needed for our own reporting. We do not collect personal information from visitors to this website.

How we use it

Accessed data is used exclusively for our internal financial reporting, planning, and operations. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

How it is protected

• All access credentials and tokens are stored encrypted — never in source code or on any public page.
• All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS).
• Access to the dashboards is restricted to authorized Becoming Pro personnel behind authentication.
• Connections to third-party services use the minimum scope necessary, and authorizations can be revoked by us at any time from the respective provider.

Data retention

Reporting data is processed and cached only as long as needed to display current results, and is refreshed from source on an ongoing basis. We do not maintain a separate long-term store of third-party records beyond what is required for operational reporting.

Your choices

Because these tools serve our own businesses, the relevant account owners control every connection and may disconnect any integration (including QuickBooks) at any time through the provider, which immediately ends our access.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
